All we must do 5 following things :
1. No unwanted claims of any type inspite we are eligible, this will save money for bsnl. as many things are always right on paper & of course no one can challenge it but we have to think for our own bsnl.
2. Always sensitive towards customers : availability for round the clock
3. promotions of bsnl services in our society / friend circle / relatives & motivate them to use MNP for ported in to BSNL.
4. Be alert in office, avoid misuse of any infrastructure , Just take care as u care for your home.
5. No misuse of Medical Indoor facility ( some time there is chance to get admit in hospital intentionally for rest & enjoy in the name of Physiotherapy treatment or like others) we should avoid all this.
